We get to know you. We like to get to know our client’s likes and dislikes so we may ask you more questions than you ask us.

We use your ideas. If you know what you want, we can do it. If you come in with an idea we will help you turn it into a reality. If there is a way to make the item you request we will do it!

Time consideration. We work within the time frame you give us to complete any order. If you have an order that is weeks away, no worries, we will put it on our schedule so that it is ready when you need it.

Protecting valuables. We do work in items such as jewelry and firearms as people are not comfortable leaving expensive items or heirlooms overnight.

Careful with details. We will call you with any questions we may have about ANYTHING before we engrave it wrong. We try to make sure spelling, dates, event names, any pertinent information is 100% correct before we make the final product.

We offer specially made cast bronze signs. Bring in or email your information and any artwork to be used to create your sign. These signs can be mounted on walls (interior or exterior), monuments, gates, virtually any sturdy structure. We have done many of these around town. You can see them on the Whittling Wall in Downtown Mount Airy, The Andy Griffith Playhouse, Northern Regional Hospital, and other businesses in our area. From start to finish, it takes 6 to 8 weeks to make these signs so you need to allow ample time for this service.
